PAYMENTS

Payments for online orders in Nigeria are by online transfer or credit/debit card . For payments via bank/online transfer, please note that if we do not receive payments for your order within 12 hours, the order will be cancelled.

We do not offer cash on delivery.

Payment for international orders is via Paypal or Credit/Debit Card.

RETURNS

We offer refunds for purchases within Nigeria subject to the following conditions.

1. For in-store purchases or deliveries within Lagos, Nigeria, customers must notify us within twenty four (24) hours of an in-store purchase or receiving their item via courier, of intention to return the item. Items must thereafter be received at our store located at 46 Norman Williams Street, Ikoyi Lagos, within two (2) working days.

2. For deliveries outside Lagos but within Nigeria, customers must notify us within twenty four (24) hours of receiving their item of intention to return the item. Items must thereafter be received at our store located at 46 Norman Williams Street, Ikoyi Lagos within five (5) working days

Please note that if we are not notified within 24 hours of an in-store purchase or delivery of an item, of your intention to return the item or the item is not received at our store within the specified time period, then the item can only be returned for a store credit.

Customers must bear the cost of returning the item with the exception of if we clearly sent the wrong item to the customer.

For now we cannot offer an exchange or refund for International Orders.

You can only exchange an order once.

Items that show they've been worn or washed cannot be exchanged neither can a store credit be issued.

All orders of sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

PERSONAL SHOPPING SERVICE

(AVAILABLE IN LAGOS, NIGERIA ONLY)

A N2,000 delivery fee applies and is paid prior to drop off.

Customers can hold the items for 24 hours. Items to be returned should be ready for pickup when due.

Payments for purchased items is buy online transfer or card payments through our payment page.

Items must be returned in good condition with all tags and labels attached.

Customers requesting this service will be contacted and drop off dates confirmed.

We reserve the right to reject any request for this service.

SHIPPING

Online orders are processed by 2pm, Monday to Friday.

All orders are shipped on same day if payment is received before 2pm. Payments received after 2pm mean order is shipped on next working day.

All orders outside Lagos, Nigeria are shipped via DHL. Allow 1-2 days for delivery of local orders and 2-5 working days for delivery of international orders.

Orders within Lagos will be delivered either same day or next working day.

Please note:

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped.
Business days are Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays.
International shipments are subject to customs procedures, which can cause delays beyond original estimates.

TAXES AND DUTIES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Duties and taxes vary by country of destination - based upon the laws and regulations of the country to which the order will ship. Our shipping costs usually include these taxes and duties but please be aware that you may be subject to additional charges in your country.
